IGNITE: is a year-long youth development project designed to unlock potential, build leadership, and drive community impact. Through mentorship, skill-building, creativity, and real-world action, IGNITE empowers young people to become confident, capable, and compassionate leaders.
Culmination: The IGNITE Summit
An end-of-year showcase where youth present their projects and receive awards in innovation, leadership, and transformation.

Inspire, Grow, Nurture, Innovate, Transform, Empower. Each module provides youth with tools to thrive personally, academically, and socially through building skills in leadership, emotional intelligence, innovation, and service.
